  1. Just out of curiosity what other assessments do you use aside from the DISC profile assessment?

  2. We use PIAV which measures the values and motivators of the client. Also, the Personal Talent Skills Inventory to name a few. This covers the soft skills of the individual. There are many different reports that can be pulled from the DISC such as the TEAMS report. This compiles the information into one document for manager or decision makers.
